Yes. All packages containing our products will be insured for the cost of the item(s). This insurance does not cover theft after the package has been delivered to your house. Please let us know if you would like your package to require a signature confirmation, which may require an additional fee. We are not responsible for stolen packages after they have been delivered.

If your package arrives damaged or is lost, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipper and in providing a replacement lamp shade.

Sure! While there are exceptions, here are some guidelines that might be helpful:

- Shade Diameter: A good shade diameter may be 2X the lamp base at it's widest point. Or, another method is to choose a shade diameter that is within 2" of the height of the lamp base.

- Shade Height: The shade height is usually 40% of the total height of the lamp, including the shade.
